Open and close all Lazarus windows?

Hi, I'm new to fp and lazarus. It seems that there is no cordination of the show/hide behavior among the 5 lazarus windows. For example, when I minimize the main window (with buttons and menu) I expect to minimize them all. When I open any of them, I expect to open them all. I expected that because I think that's what Delphi does. Or, maybe there is a way to set it that way but I don't know? Thanks.
