ComboBox not update boundrect when change font size

I place a ComboBox in the form, When I change the form font size, ComboBox change the size, but boundrect value not change, is it a bug?

I'd say that it is a bug, you can report in the bug tracker if you can reproduce with the latest Lazarus svn.
