FFMpeg decode Video / Audio from http stream

I'm trying to decode audio and video stream from an HTTP, but I'm having some problems in audio.
I followed the palaces of the general tutorial here "http://wiki.glscene.info/index.php?title=FFMpeg."
the video is ok but the audio is distorted. Someone could help me fix the problem is that I can not in any way.

Ps: I try to load a mpeg file and the audio is distorced too.

Try Bass audio-video library : http://www.un4seen.com/
It works perfectly for Lazarus

but bass is not just for audio, or am I mistaken.

There is the BASS_DSHOW Video Library, a pluggin for Bass (you gonna find it in the Bass forum http://www.un4seen.com/)

BASS_DSHOW realy works for the mpeg file but not for the stream.
the stream is from a DVB set top box it's a Mpeg-ts stream. any ideas ao to
play this with lazarus
