Finding Answers with Forum Search -- 77% Success Rate
« on: September 03, 2011, 06:06:19 pm »
I've been keeping track since I first started using Lazarus from Delphi about three weeks ago, and I can report that 78% of all my questions so far (all the usual start-up questions as I bumble around trying to learn everything including the docs) have been answered by using the "search" function of the forum.  That's a pretty impressive measure of just how helpful the forums are, I think.

Perhaps a short introduction to the forums would be a good addition to the introductory tutorials?

Could be. But don't ignore the wiki. A lot of knowledge can be found there too.
