SpeedButton and GroupBox visual problem

Hello,

I think there is problem with SpeedButton. If you place this component on Form and build application under Windows and you move your mouse over SpeedButton, it will auto-refresh (it will hide of a few miliseconds and appear again).

Almost the same is happening with GroupBox OnClick.
