Announce: TAChart documentation

Initial version of TAChart documentation is available on wiki at
http://wiki.lazarus.freepascal.org/TAChart_documentation

It is far from complete, but already covers most of essential topics.
Suggestions, questions and corrections are welcome.

P. S. A question for moderators -- to what subforum do TAChart topics belong?
"Graphics" or "Packages and Libraries"? I vote for the former.

Very nice documentation. Although I've been using TAChart in some projects I am discovering new features again and again.

I have just now noticed your spelling fixes. Thanks.
I have accidentally overwritten part of your changes with the next update --
they should be back now.
