Zeos 8: can't install componets on Debian

Hi guys.

Lazarus revision: main_3_99-2382-g7bd5ca9a3f
FPC Version=3.3.1-16141-g025ad39ef0

Debian 12 gtk

I can't install components, I get this error

What does this mean? Is it a problem with the component or the compiler?

I don't see any such errors for the compiler version 3.2.2-r0d122c49.
