Easy ways to find already done code.

Anyone knows some tip to send for the people like me with dificult to find already done code?

Take a look at CodeSnip ( http://www.delphidabbler.com/index ), it's a database full of code snippets and handy routines in Pascal. Per item you can see for which versions of Delphi and Free Pascal it will compile. New items are added regularly to your database via the update function. A real treasure and free!
