doesn't work bsSingle for BorderStyle

after compilation i still able to resize created form. ubuntu 10.10 lazarus 0.9.28.2 fpc 2.4.0

It is already fixed since 0.9.29, r23857

Have the 0.9.30 build on Debian and the BorderStyle is still not working for bsDialog and bsSingle. Using AMD64
