debian and access right

Hi,

On Debian Squeeze + FPC 2.4.0 + Lazarus 0.9.28
To add a package, i have to do it with root access right.
But with user right, a package download from net, it appears that Lazarus doesn't find the new package installed. Only root can use it.

An idea ?

Change the group:owner of the lazarus directory and all subdirectories to your own account.
Or install Lazarus from source in a user directory.
