Synapse - posting and receiving big files

Hi,

They are functions for upload and download files like HttpPostFile,HttpGetBinary. But both functions load whole file to memory stream (HTTPSend.Document) so if I am sending or receiving big file (100MB) then this solution is not efficient. Is any way to send or receive file by chunks like lNet do?
