CHM files update

I updated the CHM files.  (FPC+LCL)

Since this is essentially a test run for FPC 2.6, I put them on a new URL:

http://www.stack.nl/~marcov/doc-chm_beta.zip

and leave the previous (2.4.4) based ones intact.

Though in reality the changes are probably very slim.
