TPrintDialog does not dispay

The Dialogs related to printing don't display when they are placed on a form and executed.
Windows 7 ultimate 64 bits
Lazarus
version $:0.9.31
FPC version 2.4.3
SVN revisie 29677
x86_64-win64-win32/win64
All other Dialogs work normaal.
What could be the reason that these dialogs don't display
Any suggestions
What is the function off "Printer4Lazarus".?
