howto embed/show an external application in a lazaras form?

Hello,

in fact, i need to embed "rdesktop" into a lazarus form - so that rdesktop starts and run embebed in a lazarus form/window. If its possible, how can i do that(or where can i find further instructions)?

IMO it would be really complex to embed it.
Why not just start the process with parameters on a Button Click?

  thats sad... start the rdesktop process with parameter is the they way of every linux rdp-client (execpt remmina - but its damn slow). my problem is that rdesktop (and even freerdp) has an fullscreen without a "connection bar" for minimizing/closing, etc -- you have to press a key-combination - and thats to complicated for our users

i will work arround this: i will use the rdesktop window-mode, without window decorations, nearly fullscreen and a small allways-stay-in-top form on the top of the redesktop windows... this should work either

AFAIK if you can get the window handle, you should be able to "dock" it to your forms.
