The short answer is NO! I tried it & while it compiled without problems, it is missing some packages like indysystemlaz.lpk, indyprotocolslaz.lpk and indycorelaz.lpk
According to the Indy team (as of a week ago March 10, 2011), the Indy for Lazarus lpk files are not up to date. The entire Indy10 snapshot is being updated & is rather unstable for the moment

I'll be looking forward to getting the updated Indy for Lazarus lpk files once the snapshot is stable.
