How to get a FTP directory list with Synapse? [SOLVED]

Hi,
I'm using Synapse for getting HTML pages and extracting info from them successfully. I recently needed to download some files from a FTP site and I managed it too. But the same site has different revisions of the same file and I need to list the directory in order to find out which one to download. To cut it shortly, :-) how can I get a list of the files of the current directory on the FTP site using Synapse?

I had taken a look into that document before but I couldn't understand how to use it; your reply made me realize that I am a complete idiot. After I digest this fact, I'll try to reorganize my attempts on programming for such a trivial job. Thank you and also sorry for the inconvenience.
Btw, I found some useful info on Synapse Sourceforge mailing list archives.
