Nice to see some improvements and I guess you can make a full GUI toolkit using BGRABitmap.
The toolbar only works if you have modern theme enabled.

Yes is possible, I'm trying to use Custom Drawn controls instead PaintBox, but those aren't complete

I see, but I only know how to determine if themes are enabled under Windows, not in other OS.
