To whom it may concern,
My name is Supornchai Khunpibarn. I used to send email to you once for asking about this problem but the problem is still the same. Thus, I send you another email with an attachment.
I endeavoured to use Ubuntu 9.12 PE, tried to use Thai language on OpenOffice 2.3, and also developed the program on Lazarus 9.8 by using LazReport for writing the reports in Thai language. The results, which printing by LazReport, do not show any THAI language on the report. I also test printing by using PDF files, the results are the same problems. I observed that
1. In case of printing by using OpenOffice 2.3, the results can be printed the Thai language (Tahama Fonts)
2. In case of printing by LazReport, the system uses Helvetica Fonts which do not support THAI Language (as shown in the attached picture, that there is the blank instead of THAI language)
Therefore, I would like to ask you, is there any solutions to solve the encoding of Lazarus or LazReport for being available to use Tahoma font like OpenOffice 2.3? Or can you suggest me if you have the better solutions, please? If you have any suggestions, I would be pleased. Thank you very much.
Best Wishes,
Supornchai Khunpibarn
