Converting Delphi Aero Glass to Lazarus

I want to use this procedure with Lazarus, but when I compile those are the problems:

glass2.pas(86,7) Error: Can't assign values to an address
glass2.pas(87,7) Error: Can't assign values to an address

glass2.pas(117) Fatal: There were 3 errors compiling module, stopping

Just under "interfaces" write "{$mode delphi}", and it works great
