Installing ZeosDBO

Hi.

At last I could compile ZComponent from ZeosDBO download from a zip file founded in another thread of this forum (I don't know how to use correctly tortoisse) but, I can't see any new component in the ide!

What are i doing wrong?

I works with win xp and lazarus 0.9.7 20050616

but I don't understand why can't see objects icons in the ID toolbar after installed zcomponent ?

Please, colud help me anybody that has correctly installed zcomponent?

What is probably happening is that you are not running the re-compiled version of Lazarus. Where you are compiling Lazarus to is probably different than where it was installed to in the beginning. You can set where Lazarus compiles to in: Environment -> Environment Options -> Files -> Lazarus directory, and run that version.
