To put a picture into cbsButtonColumn

How can we put a small picture(icon) into the cbsButtonColumn in the StringGrid, like we do it in TBitBtn ? And if I would like to use
 
.Columns[n].ValueChecked:='1';
or
.Columns[n].ValueUnchecked:='0';

to control the cbsButtonColumn to show picture in 'some' buttons.

Kindly show simple example of codes, I have no experience upon this matter.
