Failed to add ACS component

Hai everybody,, I wish god bless you all...

I need your help.. I just install ACS package, but filed because missing libc. can you help me to solve this problem ??

"/home/........../acs/Src/classes/acs_cdrom.pas(1,1) Fatal: Can't find unit Libc used by acs_cdrom"
