The window (form) to start Lazarus.

Good night all

Lazarus starts, already appears in window TForm. This TForm is controlled in what unit? is I want to control the properties of it (left and top).
Each different screen resolution, this form is in a different position. I manage to stay in the same position "X ". And that form the rest on the code editor.
What is the unit responsible for the Lazarus IDE to create the Lazarus when I start it?

Using Lazarus on Linux. Version from svn trunk.
