Copy, Cut & Paste

Having Copy, Cut & Paste available when you right-click in the Object Inspector Tree View, and also more importantly when you right-click in the Code Editor, would be welcomed features.  Is this something the user can add, there appears to be a AddUserDefinedPopupMenuItem function in Lazarus source?
