Problems with RichMemo

After the installation. When I try to insert the component on the form, appear the message "Error moving component RichMemo1:TRichMemo".
If I try to compile the project, appear this message "Project raised exception class 'EClassNotFound' with message: Class: 'TRichMemo' not found".
I have tried different times to install the packet, also on a different pc, always getting the same thing.

The SO is Ubunto 10.04 and 10.10
