Access Denied

On a fresh install of openSuse 11.3   Lazarus 0.9.28.2   I get Access Denied when ever I try to go to Project -  Project Options   or   Project - Compiler Options.    Also get the Access Denied error when trying to load some existing programs written with Lazarus on this same computer pre update.

i never experienced that on 11.2...

go to http://www.hu.freepascal.org/lazarus/
download a fresh version (fpc-src.rpm  fpc.rpm and laz.rpm)
and try them (remove the old version first)

before that, is the project in writable location? do the files belong to you? (maybe you made the project being another user or copied the files from fat/ntfs partition being another user)
