Ok, I will do it.

I got some strange behaviours, with lazarus, since this morning : errors at compilation, mysteriously disapearing after 2 tries, and others mysteries of the same vein  :( ....

All works good, with the 0.9.29.

Just 2 msgs, when I launch lazarus :

Impossible to open cgiLaz package
This package was marked to installation

And the same with GGILazIDE.

Otherwise, your code works perfectly.
