Multiple lazarus found

Hi everybody!
Today i've updated my kubuntu to the last 10.10.
All's gone well, but launching lazarus i discovered my computer hosts two exe of it (maybe after a rebuilding).
As you can see in the attached image the last version - with indy and others - is under my home, while the original just after installation is as in its usual.
How can i fix this story? i'd want to avoid the advice and understand if lazarus under my home could give problems too.

Use to separate configuration directories. The wiki has some info on how to set this up

(iirc search for --pcp= or --primary-config-path )
