They have said it is a final decision and have not responded anymore.

I have complained about them on this site ( http://www.reclameaqui.com.br/ ) without response.

Sorry ppl, I'm locking this topic. It starts to attract to many "driveby" postings, which in the past proved to be a possible source of spam.
