Drag n Drop implemented?

According to http://lazarus-ccr.sourceforge.net/kb/index.php/Lazarus_For_Delphi_Users#Control_Dragging.2FDocking lazarus have not implemented drag n drop.

This document however was written on 10/1/2003.  Any progress on it so far?
