Creating a component
« on: August 22, 2010, 09:51:36 am »
I suspect that I'm going to look like a complete noob here.  :-[

I need to create a non-visual component. I know what it needs to do and I'm more than capable of writing the code to do it. Trouble is, in the 15 years I've been using Delphi, I've never had to write a component!

I tried searching for a tutorial but couldn't find anything.

Hell... I can't even get Lazarus to close the LPI file I'me working with. Does that make me dumb or what!

Anyway, does anyone hav a decent tutorial/template/WHY that willl help me?

Ta muchly.

Simon.
