Manage mp3 list with latin char...

Hi all

i made a programe that manage a list of mp3, that i save in jansql txt db. My problem is when i got some latin character in it, character like ' ,é , è ,ect It is a ways to convert/format this be saved in jansql witout trouble

After more test the only character that jansql have trouble is ' ( chr(39) ) for the latin character é,è its when i try to make it play via vlc that i got trouble
