Title: How do I install Lazarus on USB stick

How do I install Lazarus on USB stick? I'd like to create a Linux installation in a folder in a folder and install windows.

Advise anyone know?

PortableApps and WinPenPack have portable version of Lazarus

But it works on both Linux and Windows?

Windows only. On Linux you would seldom want portable version, except you want to carry the whole dependencies everywhere. There's SFS technology (written in Lazarus/FPC as well) that implements something like this.
