Title: Link annotations for pdfexport

Hallo community.

I added the possibility to put link annotations in PDF files created with the ccr package powerpdf, and use this feature in package pdfexport to add such links for TfrMemoView which have set a valid URI in their property URLInfo.

What is the right place to publish my changes, the bugtracker (bugs.freepascal.org)?

Best is to create minimally sized patches and post them to the bugtracker.

If you need help/explanations for doing that, use this thread.

Just on more cuestion, I have made changes in two packages, ccr/powerpdf and lazreportpdfexport. Can I post all changes in one bugreport, or better use two?

Better make two, and mention it in the report. Admins will link the reports, so that devels can jump quickly between them
