Title: New tabs in Console window take up more space...
Post by: ccrause on May 18, 2019, 04:58:45 pm
I noticed that Mark has enhanced (https://bugs.freepascal.org/view.php?id=33935) the Lazarus console with the old raw output and new formatted output options, which is nice.  I see that the console window now has a tab, which takes up screen space (see screenshot below).  At the moment (Lazarus 2.0 fixes) there is only one tab, but it seems as if the intention is to have a tab for raw output and a tab for formatted output. My suggestion is to remove the tabs and page control and use the selected output style from the radio group to choose how to output text.

Any thoughts on this?
