Title: Adding to Custom Colors?

Hi,

I may be blind, but I cannot find any help on adding to the Custom Colors dialog. The "Define Custom Colors" is grayed out. Search as I might all I can find is an un-answered similar request from last year.

Is it a secret?? :)
