Title: Build APK file

Following this guide

http://wiki.lazarus.freepascal.org/Custom_Drawn_Interface/Android#Step_3_-_Create_the_Android_project_structure

I managed to compile the sample androidlcl. Now trying to create the apk file I come across this command

ant debug

I'm on windows and I have this command. Where do I download this program or script to generate the apk file to be moved then on my cell Android?!

Ant is not necessary.
