Use fpcupdeluxe:

APK Builder: Gradle
Chipset: Aarch64
Windows 7 64-bit
Is there a solution to the problem?

Hi, Agmcz!
Did you install the cross-compile "Aarch64" support by fpcupdeluxe?
[default fpcupdeluxe install is "Armv7A + VFPv3"]

I finally succeeded in building with 64bit :D thanks jmpessoa
I don't know what exactly caused it now
I changed version NDK, but sometimes the build doesn't work

The safest way to generate more Information in fpcupdeluxe is, use the button "Setup+" and in 'Miscellaneous settings' use the checkbox "Be etra verbose (default=no)".
If the checkbox is checked, fpcupdeluxe give you a lot of extra information. And there you will more information.

Fix error :-[
