Title: better fpc: 2.4.0 or 2.4.3 and W7

Hi everibody.
I have a little question: which version is more affordable?
May I  develop in W7 and/or XP the same project with the same version of Lazarus without any troubles?

The latest officially released is 2.4.0.
The other is still a development version, so use it at your own risk.
The 2.4.3 can probably do more or has bug fixes, but it is not fully tested and can create strange things.

Personally, I would wait 5 days and reevaluate your choices  >:D
