Title: [CLOSED] Started translation of Portugues tutorial... help needed

I've written a rough translation of the Portuguese LazReport tutorial:

It would help a lot if people could improve this - I haven't yet gone through the tutorial to test it, and I'm sure the terminology is off, perhaps also the translation itself in places.

Also, it seems the Portuguese original was based on FastReport instead of LazReport as it references FR* files and Delphi.

However, it's a start and I would appreciate it a lot if it could be improved so it is useful for LazReport newbies like myself.
