Title: [Fixed] Title settings bug in ChartEditor demo

There is a bug in the margin settings for titles/footers:

- start the demo and double-click on the title
- in the appearing dialog change the margins
result: they are correctly changed
- now close the dialog
- double-click on the title
result: the changes margins are not taken into account for the dialog

I use Lazarus 2.3.0 r65499 FPC 3.2.2 x86_64-win64-win32/win64

I hope I can provide a patch.
