Title: Question on the Widget-set in Windows 10
Post by: PatBayford on June 05, 2017, 03:02:08 am
Now that the default Windows 10 widget-set has lost all of the fancy "3-D" styling, a lot of the widgets have lost what used to be useful features (i.e the TListView used to use one of the highlight colours to demarcate the column header row from the list items, similarly for the TStringGrid fixed rows/columns). Does anybody know of a way to imitate this behaviour?
I guess that it will involve using CustomDraw, but have, so far, been unable to find enough information on what gets drawn when to make a start.
Just for info I have attached screenshots of the ListView in both Windows versions.
