Chapter 1 introduces the
1.1 About this guide
The the document applies Pascal4Android0.1.0 version. This document describes What is Pascal4Android, as well as how to use Pascal4Android. The follow-up to the launch of the document (not yet started the planned): Pascal4Android Programmer's Guide, Pascal4Android Reference Guide, Pascal4Android Game Developer's Guide.
1.2 Pascal4Android introduced
Pascal4Android is a based on the the FreePascal JVM compiler, developed by the Lazarus IDE (Integrated Development Environment) for generating Android applications. Pascal4Android Object Pascal syntax backend by FPC JVM compiler generates Java bytecode directly. The, Pascal4Android highest support Android SDK R14 version. Pascal4Android run in the Windows environment, the other platforms do not support.
Currently, Pascal4Android is still in development, many of the features not yet implemented, and look forward to your valuable suggestions!

Seems interesting especially the part that says 本文档详细描述了什么 :D I don't speak chinese.
An IDE for android would take freepascal to the next level for sure. Hope that work would continue and then I can say good bye forever JAVA.

Pascal4Android run in the Windows environment, the other platforms do not support.
That's bad... I can't test it then (too lazy to use wine) :(

Thanks. I have managed to install it. Unfortunately, I can't speak Chinese. What am I supposed to do in order to use it?
Obviously, I have also installed the JVM and Eclipse. I have set up the folder paths in Pascal4Android IDE V0.1.0 as you can see in the screenshot attached but when I select the execution menu item in Pascal4Android, I just get a message box that I can't understand.

this means that menu under develop,not finish.you can try Shift+F9 to build apk(构建APK),sorry for my bad english.
all finish menu list:
1.文件(File)->
新建工程(New Project)
打开工程(Open Project)
保存工程(Save Project)
退出(Exit)
2.编辑(Edit) all not finish
3.界面设计器（UI Designer) not finish
4.工程(Project)
新增Activity(Add Activity)
other not finish
5.运行(Run)
编译(Compile)
构建APK(Build Apk)
运行(Run) not finish ,coding!
6.工具(Tools)
配置路径(Path Config)
清理工程(Clean Project)
运行AVD管理器(Run AVD Manager)finish at today ,but not upload.
重启ADB服务(Restart ADB Server)finish at today, but not upload.
Key生成器(Private Key Create)
Language->Chinese or English
7.帮助（Help)
在线帮助和指南(online help and guide) only chinese user guide at this folder:install folder\docs\
OK,I have translated Chinese to English ,now you can select the menu (Tools(工具ALT+T)->Language -> English) to use English version.

To change of Language screen is attached as a picture following this message.
Also this program don't generate a ARM Machine Code it's generate Java Byte code you can explore with dex2jar and jdgui for decompiling.
