Title: Indy9-10 docs still alive

indy documentation download site seems to be broken.

I found out this alternative both indy9 and indy10 online documentation, so I share it there in the hope it does not disapear.

I've no time atm to pump the site and make a shareable archive, but it would be a nice idea, then to keep alive the Legendary Indy library, along  with Laz communities, I guess.
