Title: [SOLVED] IDE: Labels under icons lost

I dont know how it happen, labels under icons in designer IDE got lost, see picture below.
First picture shows how it should be, and the second one is what I got (dont know how).
Is there a way to get them back?

This option is checked by default, and I never changed this. But still I observe that sometimes some icon captions are gone, however, they reappear after some simple operations, e.g. drag the form, resize the form, add other components. This bug is relatively new, but I did not further investigate when exactly it came in.
