Title: Error Compiling Trunk

I'm installing trunk on windows 64 using fpcupdeluxe with default settings. The installation bombs with:

(3104) Compiling graphmath.pp
C:\tools\lazarus\lazarus\components\lazutils\graphmath.pp(873,1) Fatal: Internal error 2016101501
Fatal: (1018) Compilation aborted
Error: C:\tools\lazarus\fpc\bin\x86_64-win64\ppcx64.exe returned an error exitcode
C:\tools\lazarus\fpcbootstrap\make.exe: *** [lazutils] Error 2
fpcupdeluxe: ERROR: LazarusNativeInstaller (BuildModuleCustom: Lazbuild): make.exe returned exit status #2


ERROR: Fpcupdeluxe fatal error !
