Title: Does this forum have a files section?

I want to get some kind of Project Templates working and it seems that the process is not very well defined.
This thread http://forum.lazarus.freepascal.org/index.php/topic,7141.msg33602.html#msg33602 mentions some kind of files section within the forum. Does that refer to this forum or is it somewhere else?

The thread is quite old, from 2009, so it may not be of current relevance.
