Title: secondary table
Post by: Root2 on July 22, 2021, 03:00:07 pm
Dear community, I appeal to your knowledge to ask you to please help me to learn how to make a form with two tables, in the first table should show the invoices and in the second table should show the detail of those invoices, as shown in the attached gif, the example was taken from a Java system, but maybe in lazarus there is a better way to do it.

Thank you very much for your time.

The term used in Pascal for such constructs are master-detail relation.

See e.g. https://wiki.freepascal.org/MasterDetail

Hi!

" Master" is now forbidden by the speech police.

Further infos in "Brave New World" (Aldous Huxley)  or "1984" (George Orwell).
