Title: Preferences dialog design with sections in TListView

I've wanted to design a dialog for settings similar to Lazarus' IDE Options form, which uses a list view for page selection as opposed to a tab panel. I looked at the form/unit sources for it and noticed a blank space where the options pages were to be displayed. Obviously, I expected something like this and tried searching for possible individual forms for each settings page, but found none.

So, I'm stumped and I'd like to use a list view as opposed to tabs. I just don't see an easy way of doing that.
