Title: Help me - install lazarus lamw in VMware VM

Hi,
On the my mac, I  installed VMWare Fusion.
with fpcupdate installed FPC version stable
now  which  version of lazarus install? Trunk? or LAMW?
wihch version of SDK and NDK install?
